Legal & General has instructed Jones Lang LaSalle to sell CBRE’s 100,000 sq ft City headquarters at St Martin’s Court, EC4.
L&G has been in talks with a handful of buyers interested in the asset, quoting a guide price of £113.25m, a 5.61% yield.
CBRE prelet the entire building in 2001, paying a rent of around £52 per sq ft.
It has since sublet around a third of the space to ABG Sundal Collier, Mitsui Bussan Commodities and SAC Global Investors.
L&G bought the building from the Mitsubishi Corporation in 2002 for £95m.
L&G declined to comment.
