JLL duo to join new niche City player

Jones Lang LaSalle international director Colin Hargreaves is to join a new niche City agency.

Hargreaves will join Tim Davies and Jeremy Trice who quit BNP Paribas Real Estate last month, together with JLL serviced office specialist Catherine Carr.

Together they will form a new niche player covering London’s City market, which is expected to be formally launched in the autumn.

Hargreaves has niche experience having previously been managing partner at Cushman & Wakefield before leaving to set up Hargreaves Goswell Down.

Jones Lang LaSalle bought out Hargreaves Goswell, as it later became, in 2007.

Trice and Davies quit BNP PRE last month after four years at the company.

The pair previously worked together as founding members of niche agency Morgan Pepper, which was later acquired by BNP PRE.

The new agency has yet to be named, with further appointments expected to provide investment capability prior to its launch.

Neil Prime, international director and head of UK agency at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “We thank Colin for his contribution to the business over the five years that he been at Jones Lang LaSalle and we wish him all the best for the future.”
