Early visions of plans for 800 flats and 500,000 sq ft of offices on London’s South Bank will be revealed next week, as part of Qatari Diar’s and Canary Wharf Group’s consultation on their redevelopment of the Shell Centre.
Full plans are likely to be submitted later this year ahead of a planned start on site in Q4 2013.
Squire & Partners is masterplanning. Architects include KPF, Grid, Patel Tayor and Stanton Williams.
