Workspace provider Regus has signed a lease for the top two floors of the Pinnacle office building in Crawley.
Regus has taken 11,000 sq ft at the 29,000 sq ft property, and is the first tenant signed by Orchard Street Investment Management, acting on behalf of St James’s Place wealth management.
Colliers International and Stiles Harold Williams are joint letting agents on the building.
Philip Papenfus, head of South East offices at Colliers International, said: “Crawley/Gatwick has seen a good resurgence in take-up this year and it is positive that Regus are expanding their operations in the town centre.”
