Aviva Investors and Multi Development have agreed lettings to jewellery retailers Fabulous and Pandora at SouthGate shopping centre in Bath.
Fabulous, one of the longest-standing Pandora stockists in the UK, has signed a 10-year lease to relocate from its current shop to 1,100 sq ft. Pandora will also open a 500 sq ft standalone store on a eight-year lease in the former Fabulous store on the same day. Pandora will be operated by Fabulous.
Simon Green, Aviva Investors’ real estate asset manager, said: “The new lettings to Fabulous and Pandora undoubtedly strengthen the offering at SouthGate, bringing two high-quality jewellery brands to the centre. Fabulous continues to be one of the most active retailers within SouthGate, and the larger store will enable it to provide a wider variety of brands to customers. The standalone Pandora store is also a great addition as it is such a well known and popular brand.”
