Goldman Sachs’ headquarters at Peterborough Court and Daniel House at 133 Fleet Street, EC4 has been sold for £264m.
The 370,000 sq ft building was sold to a Cayman Islands-registered company called Fleet Street Investments II, according to documents filed at the Land Registry.
Peterborough Court went into receivership in October 2010 following non-repayment of a £300m loan secured against it.
Partners at Jones Lang LaSalle were appointed receivers and the firm was also in charge of selling the building.
