The Topland Group has bought three office buildings in Bristol, Harlow and Stevenage for a total of £11.8m.
In Bristol, it purchased the 140,995 sq ft Whitefriars Building (pictured) from CBRE Investors for £6.5m.
The 33,595 sq ft Pageant House on Harlow Business Park, Essex, was bought for £4m from a private client of Makins Moore, reflecting a net initial yield of 9.4%.
And Wiltron House on Rutherford Close, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, was bought from receivers at Grant Thornton for £1.3m.
The purchases follow Topland’s recent deal to buy Wales’ tallest building, the Capital Tower in Cardiff, for £12.35m.
