Triple Tower nod for South Bank

Housebuilder Berkeley has been given the go-ahead for a residential tower scheme on the Albert Embankment, SE1.


The Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners-designed plans include three towers of 14, 21 and 28 storeys and will comprise 46, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, 10,000 sq ft of offices, a cafe and 76 cycle spaces.


The scheme sits within the Nine Elms opportunity area, which has potential for the delivery of 16,000 new homes and 2m sq ft of commercial space.
