Freshwater has appointed BNP Paribas Real Estate and Jones Lang LaSalle as joint letting agents to Finwell House, 26 Finsbury Square, EC2.
The 83,000 sq ft office scheme is due to complete next month.
The existing building has undergone a major refurbishment, replacing a 1980s extension of a 1950s building to provide nine floors with floor plates ranging from 5,000 to 8,000 sq ft.
Finwell house was once home to Fujitsu’s City HQ. The firm has since sublet space to a range of advertising and PR agencies.
Its location on the City-Shoreditch fringe is expected to attract a mix of financial and technology occupiers.
