The Student Development Partnership has unveiled proposals for a £13m student accommodation scheme in Selly Oak, Birmingham.
The scheme, known as Victoria Hall, has been designed by O’Connell East architects and is being built by Clegg Construction. Plans include 437 student flats.
The site is located next to the new Selly Oaks bypass and clearing work has already begun.
