A clutch of retailers have signed up to Ivypark’s Broad Street Mall in Reading, Berkshire.
Metro Bank has signed for a 12,100 sq ft shop, which will be its 13th opening. It has agreed a 25-year lease paying a rent of £235,000 pa.
Outdoor sports retailer Trespass has signed for a 4,700 sq ft store at the scheme’s main entrance on a 10-year lease at a base rent of £75,000 pa, while independent suit retailer Slaters is to take 8,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease at £72,000 pa.
Other recent lettings include Virgin Media, Poundworld and Kidz Fashion.
DTZ manages the mall on behalf of Ivypark.
