Watkin Jones has won planning permission for a £20m 140-bed student accommodation development in Oxford.
The developer has consent for two four-storey buildings linked by a glass-sided bridge on the St Clement’s car park site.
The Hodder + Partners-designed scheme will be delivered in phases, with completion expected by the end of 2013.
