Muenchmeyer Petersen Capital has put its office building 265 Strand, WC2, on the market for £72m.
The price being sought for the 76,155 sq ft building reflects a 6% net initial yield. Knight Frank has been appointed selling agent.
Tenants at the Midtown property, which produces £4.6m pa, include law firm Covington & Burling and Forrester Research.
The German fund bought the building in 2005 for £70m, a 6.5% yield.
