F&C REIT Asset Management has let 195,000 sq ft of space to engineering firm Turbine Efficiency at a site in Lincoln.
Around 20,000 sq ft at the Network 46 shed has been let on a 10-year lease, with the remaining 175,000 sq ft let on a short-term lease, with a view to future expansion.
Turbine Efficiency is understood to be paying about £6 per sq ft.
F&C has also been granted detailed planning permission for a further 960,000 sq ft of distribution space on the site.
