Frankfurt-based commercial project developer OFB Projektentwicklung has sold the office building Magnolia in Wiesbaden to Wagner Unternehmensbeteiligung in a share deal.
The company completed the property in September, following an 11-month construction period.
Magnolia has 2,500 m2 of lettable floorspace over five floors. It is fully let.
The office property is part of a district development around Wiesbaden’s justice and administration centre.
