Munich-based investment manager Real IS has launched the pure equity fund Bayernfonds Australien 9 with an investment target of A$130m (€103m).
The fund will invest in a green building in downtown Adelaide, Australia. About 60% of the leasable space is let to public sector tenants.
Bayernfonds Australia 9 fund’s distribution is expected to start with a distribution of 6% pa.
“With this as with previous Australia funds, we will once again deliver a proper high-quality product to meet the continuous demand of our partners. Accordingly, we are confident that this fund will be placed as quickly as the previous Australia funds of Real IS,” said board member Andreas Heibrock.
