PRUPIM has leased 12,000 sq ft at 2 Waterhouse Square, EC1, to Austin Reed Group.
The tailor has signed a 10-year lease for the ground floor of the gothic midtown building.
It will join tenants Weber Shandwick and Skype, which have already signed for 65,500 sq ft and 89,000 sq ft respectively.
PRUPIM launched the newly refurbished building in January.
Around 4,000 sq ft of lower ground floor space remains available.
CBRE and DTZ acted for PRUPIM; CBRE advised Austin Reed.
