Augsburg-based Patrizia WohnInvest KAG has appointed Sven Olaf Eggers as its new managing director.
He will succeed current manager Cornelius Hell, who is leaving the company.
Eggers, who will co-head the division together with Peter Willisch, has been working for Patrizia WohnInvest since 2011 as head of fund accounting.
He was previously head of finance and corporate investment international at Deka Immobilien.
