Muse Developments has let its 71,576 sq ft Apex building at Eurocentral in North Lanarkshire to Stapleton Tyre Services, one of the UK’s largest distributors and providers of passenger car tyres.
The tenant has agreed a 15-year lease at a rent rumoured to be around £5.85 per sq ft.

Muse has signed a number of new tenants to the 650-acre Eurocentral since the beginning of the year, including trucking giant Eddie Stobart.
