Fast food retailer Subway has signed a lease for a shop at Kier Property’s £25m Hemel Hempstead gateway development in Hertfordshire.
Subway has signed a 15-year lease for 1,000 sq ft, paying around £18,000 pa. It joins a 108-bed Travelodge and a Mitchell and Butlers Toby Carvery restaurant, already at the development.
Kier Property also plans to develop offices on the site.
Lambert Smith Hampton and Wright & Partners advised Kier. Subway was unrepresented.
