Consulting firm Simon-Kucher & Partners has signed a lease for the third floor of the Big Lottery Fund’s headquarters, EC4.
Simon-Kucher has taken over consultancy RogenSi’s 9,712 sq ft at 1 Plough Place, at £40.50 per sq ft on a lease expiring in 2021.
It joins other tenants including Big Lottery Fund, which occupies almost half of the 53,000 sq ft building.
Meanwhile, RogenSi is relocating to 6 Broad Street Place, EC2, where it has agreed to take over RK Capital Management’s 4,000 sq ft space, paying £45 per sq ft.
