Primary Health Properties has exchanged contracts to buy a purpose-built medical centre in Bearwood, Poole for £3.6m.
The construction of the building is to be completed shortly and it will be fully let and income producing on leases to a GP surgery, a pharmacy, a Co-operative store encompassing two other shops with a weighted average unexpired lease term of 19 years.
