Plans for a £250m logistics and development park in Coventry will move forward following the go ahead by Warwick district council.
The scheme, proposed by a joint venture between Pariot Aerospace Group and Roxhill Developments, straddles both Coventry and Warwickshire so required consent from each borough.
Coventry gave the project the nod last week.
Plans for the development were submitted in September and propose some 4.7m sq ft of logistics and technology space, a 260-acre public countryside park and major infrastructure works.
