Plans for a £35m retail and leisure development near Evesham in the Midlands have been given the go ahead.
Developer and owner Eagle One has won consent for the IntoOutdoors scheme, which comprises 140,000 sq ft of shops, restaurants and cafes, alongside 60 holiday lodges on a 125-acre site fronting the River Avon.
Work is due to start on site in early 2013, with completion in summer 2014.
Knight Frank is letting agent and development consultant for the project.
