Colliers appoints Tarcsay

Colliers’ Munich-based subsidiary, Colliers Schauer & Schöll, has appointed Béla Tarcsay to its board of shareholders. He will take over management responsibilities and work alongside Peter Bigelmaier, Achim Degen und Markus Wittmann. Tarcsay joined Colliers Schauer & Schöll in 2003.

Finkbeiner joins TLG

TLG Immobilien has appointed Peter Finkbeiner as new member of the management board. He will work alongside Jochen-Konrad Fromme and Niclas Karoff, who have managed the company since mid-2010. Previously Finkbeiner worked at Hudson Advisors, which manages Lone Star’s property investments.

Ottestig voted Ruric CEO

The board of Swedish-based investment vehicle Russian Real Estate Investment Company (Ruric) has voted Tatiana Ottestig to replace outgoing chief executive Ingvar Ljungqvist.

Europa promotes six

Europa Capital has promoted Hugo Black (pictured), Jonathan Mansie, Tim Neslen, Callum Thorneycroft and Michael Abel to associate director from senior associate level. James Farmer, formerly an associate, becomes senior associate.

AEW appoints Blaxland

Pan-European real estate investment manager AEW Europe has appointed Simon Blaxland as executive director. Blaxland formerly held positions at GE Real Estate and Goldman Sachs.

Ashley joins Gagfah board

Following the resignation of chairman and board member Robert Kauffman, German housing association Gagfah has appointed Jonathan Ashley as chairman of the board.

CBRE hires Volokh

CBRE has named Leonid Volokh as head of the property management department in Russia. Volokh will be responsible for the overall management and growth of the department.

Prelios names pair

Italian fund manager Prelios has appointed Alberto Rossetti and Giovanni Petrella as independent directors. Rossetti will replace Paolo Ferro-Luzzi, who recently passed away, as chairman of the SGR (Italian fund manager). Prelios said in a note that its board of directors now has seven members, five of whom are independent.

Chiltern joins Rockspring

Rockspring Property Investment Managers has appointed Allen Chilten as senior manager of its EMEA investor relations team. Chilten, who will be reporting to global head of investor relations and partner Kathryn Dixon, joined Rockspring from Credit Suisse.

C&W appoints Drummer

C&W has appointed Martin Drummer as head of the German office leasing team.

He will oversee the Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg and Munich offices. Drummer joins C&W this month as a partner and will be based in the German headquarters in Frankfurt. He joins from Oceans & Company where he was managing partner.

Stoll and Chafizadeh join JLL

Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Christoph Stoll and Frank Chafizadeh to the company’s shopping centre management division. Stoll previously worked for Unibail Rodamco. Chafizadeh previously worked for SEPA Projekt und Entwicklungsgesellschaft.

JLL appoints Prokot

JLL Germany has appointed Alexander Prokot as regional director of management services. He will be responsible for the division’s property management and performance services and report to JLL Germany’s CEO, Frank Pörschke. Previously Prokot worked for Hypothekenbank Frankfurt, formerly Eurohypo

Hammerson’s Nelson to retire

John Nelson will retire as chairman of UK retail REIT Hammerson on 9 May. Nelson will be succeeded by David Tyler, the current chairman of Sainsbury’s and a director of Burberry. Tyler will join Hammerson’s board with immediate effect, and succeed Nelson as chairman just after the AGM.

Aberdeen appoints Lucassen

Aberdeen Asset Management has appointed Dimme Lucassen as new fund manager for the Property Multi-Manager team. Lucassen joins Aberdeen from Schroders Property Investment Management.

Simoni joins Klépierre board

French property company Klépierre has appointed Catherine Simoni, Carlyle’s managing director in charge of the French real estate portfolio, as a member of its supervisory board. Simoni, who joins as an independent director, will replace Jérôme Bédier, who resigned last year.

Altarea Cogedim names Malaquin

French property group Altarea Cogedim’s retail subsidiary Rue Du Commerce has named its chief executive officer Albert Malaquin as the firm’s new chairman.

He replaces co-founder Gauthier Picquart.Altarea also appointed its director of digital strategy in France, Sylvie Latour, as deputy managing director in charge of Rue Du Commerce’s development and strategy.

Montagner new Allianz CEO

Allianz Real Estate has appointed Mauro Montagner as its chief executive officer in Italy and head of the firm’s Southern European platform. Montagner, based in Milan, joined from Morgan Stanley.

DTZ promotes Van de Putte

DTZ has promoted Frédéric Van de Putte as its country head in Belgium. Van de Putte, who currently serves as head of investment in the country, has been with DTZ since 2005. Van de Putte joined DTZ from listed private equity company Cobepa, where he worked for seven years. He previously worked for BNP Paribas.
