Law firm Salans has promoted two staff members to partner within the global real estate group.
New York-based Jody Saltzman is an expert in commercial leasing and also specialises in transactional work.
Sergey Trakhtenberg is based in Moscow and is an expert in Russian real estate M&A transactions and joint ventures, representing both vendors and purchasers.
He also has experience in real estate finance transactions for lenders and borrowers as well as in restructurings and workouts.
Evan Lazar, co-chairman of global real estate, said: “These partner promotions strengthen our group at an important juncture ahead of our impending combination with SNR Denton and Fraser Milner Casgrain.”
