A covered market in north-east Lincolnshire will be one of 160 lots to be auctioned by Eddisons during the firm’s two-day February sale.
The Wonderland market on North Promenade in Cleethorpes will go under the hammer with a guide of £425,000-plus at Leeds United Football Club on 21 February.
The Manchester sale will take place at The Premier Inn in Trafford Park on 26 February.
