Merchant Place Developments has appointed two new firms of agents on its 105-acre Amazon Park at Newton Aycliffe, near Durham.
The Newcastle office of DTZ has been appointed regional consultant and CBRE has been handed the national brief, working out of its London, Leeds and Sheffield offices.
Amazon Park is owned by MPD and Durham county council and has consent for 1.4m sq ft of office, warehouse and industrial space.
The only occupier on the park so far is Hitachi, which has agreed to open a 450,000 sq ft production facility on site.
Work starts on site later this year.
