Hibernian Capital has put Kia Motors’ 31,000 sq ft Surrey headquarters up for sale.
Savills has been instructed to sell the Walton-on-Thames office building for £12.3m, reflecting a 6.95% net initial yield.
The instruction comes less than two months after Kia signed a new 15-year lease for the entire recently refurbished Walton Green property.
It has a rental income of £906,133 pa.
