Birmingham niche retail agent Johnson Fellows has been appointed by bathroom retailer Bathstore.com to advise on its UK portfolio.
Bathstore.com has more than 170 sites in its portfolio, which comprises high street, roadside and retail park locations across the UK.
Johnson Fellows’ partner Nick Wint, said: “We will be dealing with all of Bathstore’s agency, disposals/re-sites, rent reviews, lease renewals, rating and budget management matters.”
The appointment follows the acquisition of Bathstore by venture capitalist Endless from previous owners Wolseley.
Bathstore opened its first store in Croydon in 1990.
