Greece’s public vehicle Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund has approved the launch of a tender for the development of a residential, tourism and leisure real estate complex at Agios Ioannis Beach, in Agios Ioannis Sithonia, in the mainland area of Chalkidiki.
HRADF, which was created to sell or liquidate assets transferred to it by the Greek government, said that the tender process was expected to be launched next week.
