Cushman appointed to Rio tower

The consortium building Trump Towers Rio, the largest office development in the BRIC countries, has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as letting agent.
The scheme is being developed by MRP International, listed Brazilian real estate company Even, London-based merchant bankers Salamanca Capital, and branding partner The Trump Organization.    
Trump Towers Rio will be made up of five 38-floor tower containing 322,000 sq m of office space. The first phase is scheduled for completion in 2016, and comprises two towers with a gross leasable area of 55,000 sq m each.
