Elmbridge borough council has bought Consort House in Weybridge, Surrey.
The council paid £3.9m for the 16,035 sq ft office building on Prince’s Road, reflecting a 7.73% net initial yield.
Consort House is let to the automotive intelligence suppliers for a further 10 years at a rent of £315,000 pa.
Strutt & Parker acted for the council; Evamy Forster advised the vendor, Legal & General Property.
