Balfour Beatty has signed for 18,000 sq ft of office space at PPG’s Kingsgate development in Redhill, Surrey.
The infrastructure giant will take the ground, first and second floors on a 10 years-and-nine-months lease. It will pay £22 per sq ft.
Balfour Beatty will move from Terra Firma in Redhill, and in a simultaneous deal Santander has agreed to take a total of 47,000 sq ft at Terra Firma including the space Balfour Beatty will vacate.
