Wilkinson Williams has been appointed to advise on agency at Fosse Park, one of the UK’s biggest out-of-town shopping parks, in Leicestershire.
Wilkinson Williams will work alongside CBRE on all retail agency activity at the 500,000 sq ft park.
Harvey Spack Field and Morgan Williams were also thought to have been in the running for the mandate.
The park is anchored by Marks & Spencer, Next, H&M and Bhs, and has regularly topped Trevor Wood Associates’ Definitive Guide to Retail and Leisure Parks since 2003 for the top rent in the country.
It is owned by an Irish consortium.
