Japanese telecoms giant NTT has bought 265 Strand, WC2, for £77m, reflecting a sub 6% yield.
NTT Urban Development completed the deal at asking price today from German fund manager MPC Capital.
Knight Frank was instructed to sell the 75,883 sq ft building last autumn, for a capital value reflecting a price in excess of £1,000 per sq ft.
Refurbished in 2001, the office building is let to US law firm Covington Burling until 2021.
