Mitiska Ventures has opened a €24m retail park in the Belgian city of Mouscron.
The 22,000 m2 Parc Commercial Les Dauphins retail park was developed in a joint venture with Belgian developer ABLI.
The park is part of a larger scheme including a hotel and residential complex. Tenants include Delhaize, H&M, Krëfel, Maisons du Monde, Hema, Brantano, Jules, Pizza Hut, Lunch Garden, Escapade and Yves Rocher.
