Knight Frank has poached rival GVA’s office agency team in Edinburgh with the appointments of Toby Withall and Simon Capaldi.
Former GVA director Withall (pictured) joins KF as partner in charge of office agency, while Capaldi joins as an associate partner.
The pair are now finalising their exit strategy from GVA. No start date has yet been agreed with KF.
KF was left without an office agency team after partner Nadir Khan-Juhoor and colleague, associate partner Marcus Weurman, quit the firm last month to join BNP Paribas Real Estate’s expanding office in the city.
