Estates Gazette’s reporting of the proposed sale of New Scotland Yard’s headquarters is picked up in The Daily Telegraph.
The Met is looking to appoint a single agent on a three-year contract, valued at up to £500,000, to handle the sale of a property that could fetch as much as £150m, according to agents. The Met bought the building from Land Securities in 2008 for about £120m.
