South West Award winners announced

More than 70 property professionals from Bristol, Bath and Swindon joined us last month for the annual Bristol Focus reception for a lunchtime drink and natter and to find out the winners of Estates Gazette’s South West regional awards.

Lifting the gong for Property Company of the Year for the South West was PRUPIM.

The editorial judging panel chose PRUPIM for the circa £68m invested in Bristol, including the speculative refurbishment of One Victoria Street, which is due to complete this year.

PRUPIM’s Matthew Peake collected the trophy and said the firm would be happy to make further investments Bristol.

The winner of the Property Adviser of the Year for the South West – Alder King – was in attendance and en masse. A delighted Catherine Collis collected the glassware on behalf of the team. The firm, which has offices throughout the South West region, transacted more floorspace, proportionate to sector, than any other firm.

Jones Lang LaSalle came a close second place.

Look out for a breakdown of the top five advisers’ take-up figures on the Focus blog, www.estatesgazette.com/blogs/focus.
