Kier Property has secured planning consent for 40,000 sq ft of industrial space on its trade development site in Frimley, Surrey.
The eight units will sit on Kier’s site on Frimley Road which has outline permission for a £20m, 164,000 sq ft industrial park.
Savills, DTZ and Vail Williams are letting agents on the development.
