Central London specialist MERJS has rebranded as Metrus Property Advisors, and now has some £3bn of assets under management.
Adrian Sayer, managing director of Metrus, said: “Our new more user-friendly name echoes the metropolitan nature of our business, while the scale of the properties we now have under management reflects the endorsement of a growing client base which is attracted by a commitment to state-of-the-art service, which blends management and agency.”
The firm was created in 2006 when Michael Elliott’s property management arm merged with Ross Jaye Sayer. It manages a number of West End properties including 27 Knightsbridge, SW1.
