Joe Fuller and Chris Watkin have revealed their new West End specialist agency will be called Bluebook.
The former Jones Lang LaSalle directors have set up the business, which takes its name from the “knowledge” book taxi drivers learn from, four months after announcing their departure from JLL.
Watkin said: “Joe and I have worked together since 2001. Bluebook is about us doing what we do best – working closely with our clients in an exciting and challenging market.”
The firm will be based at 48 Poland Street, W1, and has already won letting work, including at Aviva Investors’ 55 Strand, WC2, and 25 Soho Square, W1.
