FW Properties has submitted plans for the redevelopment of two derelict mill sites in Suffolk.
The developer, run by former Targetfollow executives Ian Fox and Julian Wells, plans to regenerate the Wisstocks and Nunn’s mill sites in Woodbridge to create around 60,000 sq ft of commercial space.
The project is being funded by Investec bank. Plans include offices, a restaurant, community uses and around 25 homes.
The schemes have been designed by local architects Paul Weston and Charles Curry-Hyde.
