First-round bids are due this week for Gondola Holdings’ fast-growing Byron burger chain that Cinven has put up for sale.
Byron has 30 restaurants, mostly in London, and it is expanding rapidly. Suitors could include TA Associates, LDV, Investcorp, Graphite Capital, Equistone, Lion Capital and Phoenix Equity Partners.
