US financial services company State Street has this week launched the sale of one of Birmingham’s most prime office blocks – 84 Colmore Row.
The 30,535 sq ft building is on the market with a £9.9m price tag, reflecting a net initial yield 6.5%.
It is let in full to solicitor Mills & Reeve at an annual rent of £677,488.
The 20-year lease has 11.75 years remaining, expiring in December 2024. It includes five-yearly upward-only rent reviews. The next is due 31 December 2014.
