Evans Randall, the banking and private equity group, has bought 15 Sackville Street in London’s Mayfair for £60m.
The group has also purchased 4 & 5 Queen Street in Mayfair in partnership with Al Salam Bank Bahrain, with plans to turn the office building into a residential development.
