Grosvenor hires PwC real estate man

Grosvenor has poached Keith Bailey from PricewaterhouseCoopers to bolster its central London commercial investment team.

Bailey has been appointed as a head in Grosvenor’s central London investment team, Estates Gazette understands.

He will leave PwC later this year, where he has worked for three years as a senior manager in its real estate advisory team.

Prior to that he worked in the West End investment teams at DTZ, and at Knight Frank.

Last week EG revealed the Duke of Westminster’s Grosvenor Estate had also headhunted Nick Ridley, the former president of the British Council for Offices, to become its new London head of offices.

Grosvenor declined to comment on both appointments.
