DTZ has appointed Mike Baker from Strutt & Parker as a senior director and head of business development for occupier services.
Baker will be based in London, and be responsible for assisting DTZ occupier groups across the UK, focusing on securing new clients and market opportunities.
Baker leaves after 15 years at Strutt & Parker, where most recently he led the corporate solutions occupier team.
Colin Wilson, head of DTZ UK & Ireland, said: “Mike is an exciting addition to the growing occupier group and the opportunities that exist within it. The occupier sector continues to expand and Mike’s role will be to work across the skills and geographies targeting new clients and work for DTZ.”
