IT company ServiceNow has signed a lease for around 18,000 sq ft at Future House in Staines, Surrey.
The firm has taken a sublet, from Future Electronics, which expires in 2018, paying £27 per sq ft.
It is relocating from Richmond.
New Ballerino & Company acted for Future Electronics; Colliers International advised ServiceNow.
